The Arvilla Police Department does not recruit through an application process. To be considered a candidate for an Officer position, you must already be employed in a department within Exalt. You must not be new to Law Enforcement, and you must show that you aren't on duty. If an Officer sees you doing good, you may be recommended for a position.

Note that you are not guaranteed to get the position even if you are considered. Any sort of bad history with Exalt or departments affiliated with Exalt will disqualify you in the Background Check stage of your entry.

After passing all checks, you will be messaged by the Chief of Police. If you do not join the APD Discord, you will be disqualified. After joining, you will have to pass a 40-question exam.

The Arvilla Police Department is not meant to be an open department. It is meant to provide players with a competitive and professional experience, while also not benefiting players who do not like such a strict environment. The APD is a side department, meaning it does not get any special assets in-game, aside from a few liveries and custom-made ELS.
